1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing address2cash.com or submitting any form on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. About Address2Cash
Address2Cash LLC is a North Carolina-based cash home buyer that purchases residential real estate directly from owners. We are not a real estate broker, agent, or licensed appraiser. We do not list, market, or facilitate sales between third parties.
3. No Offer Until Written
Submitting a form on our website is not a contract. Any communication, estimate, or "ballpark" figure provided by phone or email before a written offer is for informational purposes only. An actual offer is binding only when delivered in writing on an Address2Cash purchase agreement and signed by both parties.
4. No Guarantee to Purchase
We evaluate each property on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline to make an offer, withdraw an offer before signing, or terminate negotiations at any time before a binding written contract is in place. Reasons we may decline include (but are not limited to): unclear title, condition outside our acquisition criteria, location outside our service area, or undisclosed material facts.
5. User Responsibilities
By submitting information through our website, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are the property owner or have legal authority to act on the owner's behalf
- The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
- You have the right to receive communications about the property
6. Communications
By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive phone calls, text messages, and emails from Address2Cash regarding your submission. Automated dialing technology may be used. Consent is not required to make any purchase. You may opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. No Professional Advice
Information on this website (including our blog, situation guides, and city pages) is for general educational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, or real estate advice. Decisions about selling your home, including whether to accept a cash offer, list with an agent, file bankruptcy, or pursue loan modification, should be made in consultation with qualified licensed professionals (attorneys, CPAs, real estate brokers, HUD-approved housing counselors).
8. Property and Transaction Specifics
If you proceed with a sale to Address2Cash:
- The closing is conducted at a North Carolina-licensed real estate attorney's office
- You are responsible for accurately disclosing material facts about the property as required by NC law
- Title and lien searches are performed before closing, any title defects must be resolved or accepted by both parties
- The price stated on a signed purchase agreement is the price at closing, Address2Cash will not reduce the agreed price after signing except as expressly permitted by the contract (e.g., if undisclosed material defects are discovered post-signing)
