• The closing is conducted at a North Carolina-licensed real estate attorney's office
• You are responsible for accurately disclosing material facts about the property as required by NC law
• Title and lien searches are performed before closing, any title defects must be resolved or accepted by both parties
• The price stated on a signed purchase agreement is the price at closing, Address2Cash will not reduce the agreed price after signing except as expressly permitted by the contract (e.g., if undisclosed material defects are discovered post-signing)

All content on address2cash.com, including text, images, logos, graphics, and code, is the property of Address2Cash LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright and trademark laws. 10. Limitation of Liability
