Do you work with real estate agents?
Yes, we work with NC agents on deals where a cash buyer is the right fit. Agents should submit via our standard form and we'll coordinate through them.
Is there a cost to talk to you?
No. All consultations, evaluations, and offers are free. We only make money when we close deals we've agreed to with you.
Can you come look at my property without committing?
